About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Client Relations Intern to support our sales team in Tanger. The role involves direct client contact, handling inquiries, and contributing to customer satisfaction initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Contact clients by phone and support sales activities.
  • Respond to client requests submitted through the website.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction questionnaires and surveys.
  • Ensure thorough follow‑up with customers and help improve their experience.
  • Utilize various IT tools required for daily tasks.

Required profile

  • Strong communication skills and oral fluency.
  • Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
  • Good command of IT and office tools.
  • Dynamic, serious, organized and motivated.
  • Commercial mindset with a sense of customer service.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer relations is a plus, but not mandatory.
