About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative who enjoys interacting with customers and solving problems proactively. The role involves handling inquiries in both French and English across phone and email channels, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing accurate information on product, pricing and availability.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and follow up when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
  • Perform data entry tasks across multiple platforms.

Required profile

  • Relevant work experience is a plus.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize workload.
