Onboarding Coach – Remote (Hospitality SaaS)

About the role

As an Onboarding Coach you will empower hospitality clients to adopt Cloudbeds’ AI‑driven platform, turning onboarding into a strategic partnership. Working remotely from Morocco, you will combine deep hospitality operations knowledge with a caring, rebel mindset to deliver exceptional guest‑focused experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Train and guide clients on the Cloudbeds platform, ensuring confidence and competence from day one.
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to translate onboarding feedback into operational improvements.
• Manage the full customer journey for Guest Experience and Marketing via video, phone, and email.
• Define success metrics, demonstrate ROI, and support customer retention initiatives.
• Build lasting relationships that drive platform adoption and brand loyalty.
• Develop and maintain deep expertise in Cloudbeds products, integrations, and evolving customer needs.

Required profile

• Hands‑on hospitality operations experience.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to personalize client communications.
• Proactive, “caring rebel” attitude focused on delivering unreasonable hospitality.
• Comfort with leveraging AI and smart tools to streamline repetitive tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Cloudbeds platform.
