About the role
The Four Seasons Hotel Rabat is preparing to open its new Kasr Al Bahr property. We are looking for a Sous Chef to join the pre‑opening culinary team and support the Senior Executive Chef in delivering the brand’s luxury food standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the kitchen staff, establishing efficient systems and processes.
- Assist in planning, developing and testing recipes to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
- Maintain control systems for quality, portion consistency and food safety.
- Oversee daily food preparation and production, ensuring adherence to Four Seasons standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a senior culinary role within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced pre‑opening environment.
