360 Recruitment Consultant – Immediate Joiners

About the role

We are seeking an experienced 360° Recruitment Consultant to join our leading staffing firm. This agency‑focused position gives you full ownership of the recruitment cycle, from winning new clients to placing top‑tier sales talent in tech, SaaS and digital organisations. Immediate joiners only.

Key responsibilities

• Business development: generate new client relationships through networking, cold‑calling and sales‑first strategies.
• Full billing ownership: originate job orders, source candidates, manage interviews and close placements.
• Desk building: expand a portfolio of tech, SaaS and digital clients while consistently achieving high billing targets.
• Headhunting & closing: source and guide high‑performing sales professionals (Account Executives, BDMs, Sales Directors) from interview to offer negotiation.
• P&L ownership: drive revenue growth and maintain a profitable, high‑margin desk.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of agency experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
• Proven personal billing and revenue generation record.
• Hunter mentality with a strong focus on sales, business development and client acquisition.
• Commercially driven, target‑oriented and comfortable managing a profitable desk.
• Preferably experienced in recruiting sales, SaaS or technology roles with an existing network of sales candidates.
