About the role
The Bar Manager is responsible for daily shift operations of the lounge, supervising staff, and ensuring high standards of service and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Implement beverage policies, manage liquor inventories, and ensure compliance with local liquor laws.
- Control costs through portion control, inventory management, and budget monitoring.
- Assist servers during peak periods and support other food‑and‑beverage outlets as needed.
- Develop menus, promotions, and training programs to enhance guest experience.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, or a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to manage staff, enforce policies, and achieve budgeted financial goals.

- Liquor control and inventory management.
