About the role
The Butler Team Leader oversees the Butler program at St. Regis, delivering bespoke, high‑touch service to guests from pre‑arrival through departure. This role combines personalized guest interaction with coordination of support teams to ensure seamless luxury experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate Butler Valets and ensure other departments are prepared to meet guest needs.
- Build rapport with guests, anticipate and act on their requests throughout their stay.
- Maintain safety standards, follow company policies, and uphold professional appearance and communication.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking and lifting objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 6 months of related hospitality experience.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work full‑time on feet and handle physical tasks.
