Customer Service & Sales Assistant (Auto‑Entrepreneur)

About the role

Join the British Council in Casablanca as a Customer Service and Sales Assistant on an auto‑entrepreneur basis. You will be the front‑line representative, delivering a professional and engaging experience for customers interested in English courses and exam services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via face‑to‑face, phone, email and social media, providing clear information and guiding them to book consultations, placement tests, exams or events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, ensure timely follow‑ups and handle requests such as refunds and transfers in line with policy.
• Drive sales by meeting targets, conducting placement tests, registering exam candidates and cross‑selling relevant products and services.
• Process payments, maintain financial records and complete reconciliations to meet audit requirements.
• Support marketing and sales activities, assist with events and promotions, and contribute customer insights through surveys and feedback.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer service and sales role.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
• High School Certificate or equivalent.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and booking/registration platforms.
