Remote Sales Enablement Intern

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time remote Sales Enablement Intern to support the design, operation and continuous improvement of our AI‑enabled sales engine. The internship focuses on building and running the systems that generate pipeline, rather than closing deals directly.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and operate Apollo for prospect search, ICP filtering, list building, enrichment and sequencing in coordination with our CRM and other tools.
• Collaborate on setting up AI assistants and MCP‑style workflows that connect CRM, Apollo, web data and internal systems to automate prospecting steps.
• Help define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and personas, translating them into filters, segments and AI prompts for targeting and prioritisation.
• Design AI‑enabled, non‑linear outreach workflows where next actions are chosen by AI based on prospect behaviour and multi‑source data.
• Develop outreach and engagement strategies beyond email and LinkedIn, including community‑based targeting and bespoke tactics.

Required profile

• Near‑graduation or recent graduate seeking an end‑of‑studies or job‑market insertion internship.
• Strong interest in AI, sales operations and automation.
• Self‑motivated, able to work remotely and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Experience with Apollo or similar prospecting tools.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Understanding of AI agents and MCP‑style integrations.
