Territory Sales Manager – Morocco

About the role

XDS is looking for a full‑time Territory Sales Manager to launch and grow the X‑LAB brand across Morocco. You will be the on‑the‑ground representative, visiting independent bicycle dealers, opening new accounts and ensuring X‑LAB bikes are stocked on shop floors.

Key responsibilities

• Visit independent bicycle retailers regularly to build brand presence.
• Prospect, approach and open new dealer accounts through cold visits, referrals and industry contacts.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial conversation to account setup and first order.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing dealers to drive repeat business.
• Plan and organise territory activities, track progress in a CRM system and follow up consistently.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relationship‑based sales experience, preferably with small‑to‑mid‑size businesses.
• Willingness to travel up to four days per week for field work.
• Strong organisational and territory‑planning abilities.
• Passion for cycling or performance products; bicycle‑industry experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for tracking leads and accounts.
