Enterprise Recruitment Representative

About the role

ApplyBoard is seeking an Enterprise Recruitment Representative to support its institution partners, drive enrollment growth, and enhance partner satisfaction. You will act as a bridge between partner institutions and internal teams, promoting the platform and ensuring successful recruitment outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute recruitment strategies to help partners meet enrollment targets.
• Represent the ApplyBoard brand to potential recruitment partners and promote platform services.
• Lead partner sign‑ups and identify new business opportunities through outreach via calls, emails, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
• Participate in education fairs, deliver presentations, and conduct 5–8 partner visits daily.
• Encourage adoption of premium services and tools to improve partner results.
• Serve as primary contact for institutional stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address partner needs and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate partner activity records in the CRM system.
• Conduct regular check‑ins, workshops, webinars and training sessions with partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in account management, sales or recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for data management.
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
