F&B Waiter / Demi Chef de Rang

About the role

Join Hilton’s Food & Beverage team as a Waiter / Demi Chef de Rang and become the face of hospitality for our guests. You will create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring every detail of the guest’s meal is perfect.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude and anticipate their needs throughout the dining experience.
• Master the menu, promotions, and specials to confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders, input them accurately into the point‑of‑sale system, and deliver orders promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service station at all times.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
