Fragrance & Natural Ingredients Training Manager – North Africa

About the role

The Fragrance & Natural Ingredients Training Manager will design and deliver professional training programmes for customers, partners and internal commercial teams across Morocco, North Africa and selected Middle‑East projects. The role blends fragrance knowledge, raw‑material expertise and technical communication to make complex ingredients understandable and commercially useful.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training programmes covering essential‑oil production, origin impact, sensory characteristics and application in fine fragrance, cosmetics and personal care.
• Conduct customer workshops, olfactory training sessions and webinars, both in‑person and virtually.
• Create structured sample kits, comparison exercises, ingredient cards and technical reference materials.
• Coordinate technical presentations and sample provision with international suppliers.
• Support commercial teams with product knowledge, technical documentation interpretation and onboarding of new partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in fragrance, essential oils, cosmetics ingredients or related fields.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities in French and English; Arabic is a plus.
• Professional olfactory ability and experience delivering technical training.
• Comfortable working with international suppliers and managing regional travel.

Required skills

• Knowledge of essential‑oil production methods, grades and quality assessment.
• Understanding of natural aromatic ingredients, their sensory profiles and applications.
• Ability to explain technical documents such as COA, SDS and specifications.
• Experience designing and delivering workshops, webinars and hands‑on training sessions.
