About the role

Blanco Bar Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Barista to join its team in Fez. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering high‑quality coffee and beverage service while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and specialty beverages to the restaurant’s standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other inventory items.
• Assist with basic food preparation as needed.
• Provide friendly, prompt customer service and address guest inquiries.
• Support a collaborative team environment and uphold hospitality excellence.

Required profile

• Proficiency in barista techniques, including coffee and specialty drink preparation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in customer service with a focus on positive guest experiences.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and preparation standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to varying demand.
• Previous hospitality or food‑service experience is an advantage.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
