General Manager – 4‑Star Hotel in Casablanca

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to launch and lead the operations of our new 4‑star hotel in Casablanca. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the brand’s high standards of service, quality, and guest experience while driving the hotel’s strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel departments to ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations.
• Define and execute strategic goals aligned with corporate objectives and market trends.
• Identify and implement improvements in operational efficiency, cost management, and service quality.
• Lead, inspire, and develop department heads and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Maintain a positive working environment focused on employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of the Casablanca and Moroccan hotel and tourism market.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French or Spanish is an additional asset.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and communicate effectively under pressure.
