About the role
The Head of Business Development for L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty will drive sustainable growth of the portfolio across pharmacy and parapharmacy channels. You will lead the "Pharma Forward" transformation, optimise promotional efficiency, and ensure the financial health of the business through robust revenue growth management.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage the annual promotional master plan, aligning launches with commercial windows.
- Design pharmacy‑specific promo mechanics (gift‑with‑purchase, bundles, price‑offs) that boost sell‑out while protecting brand equity.
- Coordinate forecasting with Supply Chain to secure stock for peak periods.
- Adapt global visibility guidelines to local pharmacy constraints and implement specialised dermo‑skincare zones.
- Oversee creation and deployment of POS materials and manage vendor relationships for displays.
- Conduct pricing audits, analyse promo ROI, and control gross‑to‑net leaks to protect profitability.
- Drive mix management to grow high‑margin categories.
- Lead the "Pharma Forward" agenda, promoting digital transformation in pharmacies.
- Educate pharmacists and assistants on skin pathologies and product science, turning them into brand advocates.
Required profile
- 8+ years in commercial or trade‑marketing roles within dermo‑cosmetics, pharma, or FMCG.
- Experience in a mid‑size market is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in Excel, P&L management, and ROI analysis.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills with pharmacy owners and staff.
- Agile and able to shift between strategic planning and hands‑on execution.
