About the role

The HR Experience Specialist ensures compliant and high‑quality HR operations for Employees of Record (EORs) in France. You will manage onboarding, offboarding, leave requests and various administrative processes while acting as the country subject‑matter expert.

Key responsibilities

Ensure compliance with French employment laws, regulations and internal operational rules.
Manage leave requests, HR letters, applications and enrollment processes for EORs.
Audit, maintain and update internal and external HR‑related knowledge bases.
Support EORs and client teams with country‑specific HR guidance.
Contribute to HR projects such as mass onboarding and offboarding initiatives.

Required profile

Strong knowledge of French labor legislation and HR compliance.
Proven experience in HR operations or employee administration.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple administrative tasks.
Effective communication skills in English and French.
Self‑motivated and able to work independently within a global team.
