Integration Support Specialist

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), part of Arrow Electronics, delivers value-added distribution, business consulting and channel enablement services to technology manufacturers and their partners. As Integration Support Specialist you will own the technical implementation and support of CRM integrations between the Sales Portal and partners' existing systems, ensuring standard connectors are deployed and acting as the technical expert for partner-facing integration work.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, test and deploy standard CRM integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics, including authentication, field mapping, sync rules and go-live validation.
• Lead integration discovery and scoping workshops with partner CRM administrators for custom or complex requirements.
• Troubleshoot integration and synchronization issues, identify configuration problems and escalate product-related defects where needed.
• Maintain integration playbooks, configuration templates, troubleshooting guides and Knowledge Center content.
• Deliver regional integration webinars and support the Partner Enablement team with technical training.
• Act as subject matter expert for integration-related pre-sales discussions and advise on capabilities, limitations and roadmap items.
• Work with Product Management and the API Product Owner to prioritize connector enhancements and defect resolution, and contribute to monthly product reviews.

Required profile

• 3-6 years of experience in Integration Support, Solution Consulting, CRM Administration, Technical Customer Success or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Fluent English; French is an advantage.
• A technically minded, customer-facing person who can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot and CRM integration technologies, including APIs, REST services, OAuth authentication, webhooks and field mapping.
• Ability to read API documentation, analyze logs, troubleshoot data flows and write simple scripts in Python or JavaScript.
• Strong documentation, testing and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and iPaaS platforms such as Zapier, Make or Workato is an advantage.
• Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot or related certifications are a plus.
