About the role
The IT Helpdesk Technician will be the primary point of contact for users needing assistance with their workstations and overall IT environment. The role focuses on delivering prompt end‑user support, managing incidents, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main interface for user IT support requests.
- Perform initial diagnostics and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents.
- Manage and track incident tickets using ServiceNow.
- Ensure follow‑up until full resolution and user satisfaction.
- Maintain and update documentation such as reports, procedures, and knowledge‑base articles.
- Provide remote support and troubleshoot IT equipment.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum Bac+2/3).
- 4+ years of experience in Service Desk or IT Support.
- Fluent in English and French with strong communication skills.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Experience with Unix environments.
- Familiarity with office software suites.
- Experience with ServiceNow (a plus).
