IT Support Specialist (Atlassian)

About the role

Communardo Experts Morocco, part of the Communardo Group, works on international consulting and cloud transformation projects for enterprise customers. Its Casablanca office, in Casablanca Finance City, is looking for an experienced IT Administrator / IT Support Specialist who combines technical expertise with consulting skills and enjoys working directly with international customers. You will be the main point of contact for IT support within Communardo Morocco.

Key responsibilities

• Support colleagues with IT, system, software, access and hardware requests
• Collaborate closely with Group IT as part of the wider IT Support organization
• Prepare, configure and maintain laptops and other workplace equipment
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective
• Manage hardware inventory, procurement, replacements and lifecycle planning
• Manage user accounts, permissions, licenses and access to internal systems
• Troubleshoot issues across Microsoft 365, Atlassian Cloud, Windows, Mac and other workplace technologies
• Support Jira and Atlassian administration and configuration
• Support and improve service management and internal IT support processes
• Contribute to improving hardware standards, tooling, documentation and the digital workplace
• Coordinate information security activities with the information security team
• Document recurring issues, processes and solutions

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, workplace management, system administration or a similar role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, access and workplace systems
• Proactive, structured and self-organized, comfortable working independently and collaborating with international teams
• Good communication skills in English and French

Required skills

• Microsoft 365, Atlassian Cloud, Jira Service Management / ITSM, Active Directory and Windows
• Jira administration and configuration (permissions, workflows, custom fields, notifications)
• Mac environments
• Microsoft Intune and/or Jamf is a plus
