Lead Generation Expert – French Market

About the role

Be One Solutions is seeking a dynamic Lead Generation Expert to accelerate business growth in France. You will design and execute lead‑generation strategies for ERP and B2B solutions, nurture prospect relationships, and build a robust pipeline for the Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement lead‑generation initiatives that drive revenue in the French market.
• Track, analyse and optimise lead‑generation metrics to improve performance.
• Identify, qualify and assess potential leads, ensuring a strong fit before hand‑off to Business Development.
• Maintain accurate lead records in CRM tools and keep prospect relationships up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on events, campaigns and prospecting activities.
• Stay informed on industry trends to continuously enhance lead‑generation tactics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven lead‑generation experience, preferably in ERP or B2B environments.
• Familiarity with ERP or business‑software sales cycles; prior ERP sales experience is a plus.
• Native‑level French and excellent command of English.
• Strong communication, teamwork and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• ERP knowledge (advantageous).
• Proficiency with prospecting and data‑collection tools.
• Reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
