About the role
The Morocco Country Manager will lead the company’s expansion across Morocco and the wider French‑speaking African region. This senior commercial role focuses on driving market share, managing key distributor relationships, and delivering sales and collection targets for core medical‑device products.
Key responsibilities
- Formulate and execute business strategies and sales plans for Morocco and broader French‑speaking African markets to grow market share.
- Oversee daily management of local distributors and key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve regional sales and receivables targets for core products such as low‑temperature storage and laboratory equipment.
- Research and analyse market dynamics and competitor activities in the local medical‑device sector, providing strategic insights.
- Organise and participate in local industry events to strengthen brand presence.
