职位概况
我们在摩洛哥费斯的Marriott酒店诚聘全职厨师，负责食材准备、烹饪及厨房清洁工作，确保食品质量符合公司标准。
主要职责
- 按配方分配、切碎、称量并保存食材；
- 清洗、去皮新鲜蔬果并进行称量、混合；
- 依据食谱、质量和摆盘标准进行食品准备和烹饪；
- 操作烤箱、炉灶、烤架、微波炉、油炸机等设备；
- 监控食品烹饪过程中的温度和质量；
- 厨房区域、工具、设备的清洁与消毒；
- 遵守公司安全政策，报告事故并完成安全培训。
任职要求
- 高中毕业或同等学历；
- 至少1年相关厨房工作经验；
- 能够在站立、行走、弯腰等体力工作环境中持续工作；
- 能够搬运25磅（约11.3公斤）以下的物品。
必备技能
- 熟练操作烤箱、炉灶、烤架、微波炉、油炸机等厨房设备。
