职位概况

负责酒店整体财务战略的制定与执行，确保财务业绩达标并提升投资回报率。需具备金融专业知识，能够支持品牌服务战略并推动业务增长。

主要职责

制定并执行与酒店及品牌业务战略相一致的年度财务计划。
进行成本收益估算、销售预测及预算编制，监控实际与预测差异。
提供财务分析支持，识别成本节约和增效机会。
领导财务团队，监督内部、外部及监管审计流程。
管理现金流、营运资金及税务合规，确保财务报告准确及时。

任职要求

财务会计或相关专业本科四年制学位，且具备3年相关工作经验；或硕士学位加1年经验。
熟悉酒店行业财务运作及品牌战略实施。
具备优秀的沟通、领导及决策能力，能够向高层管理层提供财务建议。
