职位概况

负责酒店整体运营管理，涵盖前厅、客房、餐饮、娱乐及工程等部门，确保符合品牌标准并提升客人满意度和财务绩效。

主要职责

制定并执行酒店运营战略，推动收入增长。
监督各部门运营，审查财务报表和预算执行情况。
管理收益目标，控制房价、入住率及可控费用。
提升客人体验，处理客诉并落实改进措施。
开展人力资源管理，进行绩效评估和员工沟通。

任职要求

拥有工商管理或酒店管理两年制学位并具4年相关工作经验，或四年制学士学位并具2年经验。
熟悉宾客服务、前台、客房、销售与营销及运营管理。
具备分析问题、制定决策及团队领导能力。
