Outbound Sales Development Representative – SaaS/IoT (North America)

About the role

Keycafe is looking for an energetic Outbound Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities for its SmartBox solution across the United States and Canada. You will be the first point of contact, creating conversations, qualifying prospects, and setting up high‑quality meetings for Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct multi‑channel outbound outreach (calls, emails, social) to targeted North American prospects.
• Qualify leads, uncover pain points, and schedule meetings for senior sales staff.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and lead notes in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategy.
• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly outreach and booking quotas.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an SDR or in an outbound sales role.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear accent.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding measurable sales targets.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with outbound sequencing tools.
