Product Manager – Immunology/PAH (Maghreb)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Manager to lead sales and marketing activities for its Immunology/PAH portfolio across the Maghreb region. The role is based in Casablanca and works within the Country Value Team to drive brand performance and market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of local marketing objectives and the tactical plan for the assigned therapeutic area.
• Act as a Core CVT member, collaborating with the BUM/CVT lead to achieve business objectives outlined in the Business Plan.
• Gather and share field market insights, monitor brand performance, and report KPI progress (e.g., market share, NPS).
• Localize and adapt the Omnichannel Master Plan, re‑using approved marketing materials in compliance with local regulations.
• Collect customer data with sales teams, apply EMEA segmentation models, and propose value‑based projects.

Required profile

• Experience in product management or brand management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, medical, and regulatory teams.
• Strong analytical mindset to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
