Remote Sales Team Lead – French Market

About the role

Vendana is seeking a Remote Sales Team Lead to own and grow its French market operations. In this hands‑on leadership position you will inspire a team of Sales Executives, ensure high‑quality customer experiences, and drive revenue in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a remote team of Sales Executives focused on the French market.
• Monitor performance, sales activity and commercial KPIs, providing regular feedback and mentoring.
• Support executives in sales approach, objection handling and conversion improvement.
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining excellent customer experience, especially in complex or urgent situations.
• Identify performance gaps, implement coaching plans and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with management and cross‑functional teams to align on business objectives and sales strategy.
• Participate in onboarding, training and continuous development of sales tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2) and strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience leading, coaching or mentoring sales teams.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets.
• Resilient, solution‑oriented leadership style with calm decision‑making under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
