Reservation Manager

About the role

As a Reservation Manager at Hilton, you will lead the strategic pricing and inventory functions that drive profitability while delivering memorable guest experiences. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure the hotel’s revenue goals are met and exceeded.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic management of group and transient inventory, including rate controls, blackout dates, and sell‑out strategies.
• Analyze key metrics, historical data, and market trends to refine pricing and revenue management processes.
• Oversee demand forecasting, competitive benchmarking, and monitoring of local events to identify revenue opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office to align strategies for profitability and operational efficiency.
• Manage daily revenue functions, facilitate meetings, and ensure effective execution of initiatives.
• Develop and retain a high‑performing team through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
