Reservations Supervisor – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Reservations Supervisor leads the reservations team at Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca, ensuring first‑impression excellence for both repeat and new guests. This role oversees the selling, upselling and accurate capture of reservations through calls and emails, coordinating details to guarantee guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Train, develop and cross‑train reservations staff and other operational team members.
• Control room and rate availability to maximize occupancy and revenue in line with guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Sales Department on group bookings, maintain files and follow up on special instructions.
• Manage suite reservations with the Front Office Manager, handling top corporate clients, VIPs, Elite and return guests.
• Prepare and distribute occupancy and revenue forecasts, daily return‑guest reports, VIP lists and arrivals.
• Ensure reservation confirmations are communicated to all stakeholders each day.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of guest rooms, hotel facilities, services and special activities for staff.
• Address guest complaints and keep senior management informed of actions taken.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
• Excellent time‑management abilities.
• Strong oral, verbal and written communication skills.
