Sales Operation Associate

About the role

The Sales Operation Associate supports day‑to‑day sales activities for assigned accounts, acting as a bridge between customers, internal teams and vendors. The role ensures accurate order processing, timely customer service and effective backlog management while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process routine and smaller customer orders in the Arrow ERP system, verifying purchase orders for accuracy, pricing, freight terms and technical specifications.
• Maintain open order backlog, monitor vendor shipments, and resolve billing or invoice discrepancies.
• Respond quickly to customer inquiries regarding order status, RMA requests, credit checks and shipping requirements.
• Document product return and maintenance cancellation requests in the Oracle ERP system and make acceptance decisions based on established guidelines.
• Assist with customer quote activities, following defined quoting processes and order management procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in sales support or order processing.
• Entry‑level candidate with basic skills, able to follow prescribed procedures under supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems (Arrow ERP, Oracle ERP).
• Ability to review and validate purchase orders, pricing and freight terms.
