Sales Operations Associate (English Speaker)

About the role

Arrow Global Components (AGC), part of Arrow Electronics, is a distributor of electronic components offering value-added services. As part of its growth, ARROW Morocco is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Sales Operations Associate in Casablanca. This is a back-office role supporting the customer-facing Sales and Customer Service colleagues so they can focus on selling and servicing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Quotation management: collaborate with sales colleagues to build and manage quotes for new customer bids, new buys, shortages, annual contracts and specialized quoting.
• Automation: keep systems and data aligned to drive automation across selling and service processes.
• Price support: upload customer bills of material and request special price support where applicable; maintain product data such as stock status, lead-time, MOQ, item classification and specifications.
• Order processing support: ensure quoted prices appear correctly in contract price fields and customer part numbers are clean.
• Issue resolution: fix data mismatches and order issues and take corrective action to prevent recurrence.
• Post-invoice adjustments: handle internal and external adjustments when needed.
• Backlog management: review quote-related alerts and holds in the Oracle ERP system and correct them.
• Team collaboration: resolve queries efficiently so customer-facing colleagues can build strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• English at minimum B2 level, spoken and written; another language is an asset.
• Customer service, order management or sales experience.
• Accountability, communication and coordination skills, customer-oriented attitude, team player.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office; Excel is a must.
