Scrum Master (H/F) – Software Product Development Team

About the role

Stellantis is looking for a Scrum Master to lead a software product development team within its Software Organization (SWx), which aims to digitally transform the automotive company with a focus on customer experience. The role is a permanent contract (CDI) in the Software & Electric and Electronics field, based in Casablanca.

Key responsibilities

• Custodian of Agile values, pillars and best practices, ensuring the Scrum framework is understood and used correctly
• Accountable for the effectiveness of the Scrum team and protect the team by removing impediments
• Help the Product Owner deliver maximum value so business objectives are met
• Foster continuous improvement while supporting the team's self-organization and autonomy
• Promote agile software development best practices and facilitate Scrum and SAFe events, especially in a remote global environment
• Work with other Scrum Masters, RTEs and Agile Coaches to define, implement and track team metrics and KPIs, and recommend improvements
• Track dependencies and plan lean approaches to remove them
• Advocate agile methodology and its benefits to other stakeholders and departments

Required profile

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience
• At least 3 years of agile experience, including practical Scrum Master experience in an Agile team and a scaled agile environment
• Preferred: Master's degree
• Preferred: ScrumMaster and/or Agile and/or SAFe certification

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Agile collaborative tools such as JIRA, CodeBeamer, Confluence or similar
• Working knowledge of visualization and event facilitation tools such as Mural, Miro or whiteboards
