Senior Overseas Sales Manager – BESS

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead our overseas business development for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving market expansion, and delivering sales growth across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key overseas clients, lead negotiations and manage public‑relations activities.
• Create and keep a comprehensive database of overseas customer information and develop detailed market expansion plans.
• Manage the sales budget for the assigned region, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
• Design and execute overseas marketing strategies for energy‑storage products in line with corporate goals.
• Conduct market research, analyse industry data, produce regular reports and set regional sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 3 years of proven sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years in the energy‑storage or related industry, with solid knowledge of market demands and trends.
• Proactive attitude, strong stress‑management and adaptability, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Fluent English (advanced listening, speaking, reading and writing).
• Existing customer resources and familiarity with energy‑storage policies and industry networks are preferred.
