Spa Attendant – Guest Services

About the role

Join the St. Regis Spa team in Fnideq as a Spa Attendant, providing warm, professional welcome and assistance to guests throughout their spa experience. You will be the first point of contact, guiding visitors to locker rooms, lounges, and treatment areas while ensuring a seamless, luxurious environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival, explain spa layout, locker usage, and hospitality stations.
• Offer amenities such as water, juice, and heated neck pillows.
• Answer questions about property amenities and escort guests to and from treatment rooms.
• Monitor the daily schedule on the computer and communicate any updates.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, treatment rooms, locker rooms, and lounge areas.
• Handle trash, dirty linens, and restock towels, linens, and supplies.
• Secure equipment and supplies at shift end and report any accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Uphold company policies, dress code, and professional appearance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior spa or hospitality experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
