Working in agile squads, the candidate will document and validate business requirements, create AS‑IS/TO‑BE models, use cases, and personas, and support backlog refinement and UAT preparation. The role demands deep insurance domain expertise, especially in BMP/ABS/GRP2/Guidewire platforms, and strong skills in BPMN, Jira, Confluence, Visio, and stakeholder facilitation.
