About the role

Join the hospitality team at Taghazout Bay Resort as a full‑time Waiter. You will be the first point of contact for guests in the dining area, delivering a premium experience that reflects the resort’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets resort standards.
• Set up, clear, and maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to guarantee efficient service flow.
• Answer guest questions, handle special requests, and resolve minor concerns.
• Process payments and follow Marriott brand guidelines for safety and hygiene.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays safely, and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
