Process Quality Manager

About the role

ALTEN Delivery Center Morocco, a subsidiary of the engineering and technology consulting group ALTEN, is looking for a Process Quality Manager. Key responsibilities

• Release process procedural documentation and carry out quality control of procedural documents
• Respond to BMS (Business Management System) comments
• Publish PSD (Procedural Support Document) autonomously
• Manage process maturity assessments and monitor process changes and their impacts
• Check process resources, performance, surveillance and compliance
• Update monthly the Process Performance Indicators (PPIs) and create data extracts for root cause analysis
• Modify PPIs following process changes

Required profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field
• Final-year internship in Quality and/or Continuous Improvement within the aerospace industry
• Fluent English and French
• Knowledge of aerospace standards is highly desirable
• Preferred: Airbus experience or strong system quality experience
