Process Quality Manager

About the role

ALTEN Delivery Center Morocco, a subsidiary of the engineering and technology consulting group ALTEN, is looking for a Process Quality Manager. The role covers the release of procedural documentation, quality control of procedures, process maturity assessments and the monitoring of process indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Release procedural documentation and carry out quality control of procedural documents
• Respond to BMS (Business Management System) comments
• Autonomously publish PSD (Procedural Support Document)
• Manage process maturity assessments and monitor process changes and their impacts
• Check process resources, performance, surveillance and compliance
• Update monthly the Process Performance Indicators (PPIs) and create data extracts for root cause analysis
• Modify PPIs following process changes

Required profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field
• Final-year internship in Quality and/or Continuous Improvement within the aerospace industry
• Fluent English and French
• Knowledge of aerospace standards is highly desirable
• Preferred: Airbus experience; strong system quality experience is also welcome
