Production & Supply Chain Manager - Electronics Manufacturing

About the role

An experienced Production & Supply Chain Manager is sought to lead manufacturing operations and supply chain activities within the electronics industry. The role covers production oversight, quality, supply chain planning, procurement and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, production planning, capacity, quality and on-time delivery.
• Lead production teams, ensuring performance, efficiency and HSE compliance.
• Manage production quality, non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Drive supply chain planning, inventory management, S&OP and MRP processes.
• Manage procurement, supplier relationships and EMS partners.
• Anticipate electronic component shortages, obsolescence and supply risks.
• Oversee logistics, customs and export-control compliance.
• Monitor production budgets, unit costs and operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with engineering and industrialization teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in production and/or supply chain management within electronics manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing serial production lines or EMS-based manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, S&OP, inventory management and supplier negotiations.
• Solid understanding of the electronic components market and supply chain challenges.
