Receptionist - Riad, Marrakech

About the role

Intrepid Travel is looking for a Receptionist to join its team in Marrakech, Morocco. The role sits at the heart of guest experience, providing exceptional service from arrival to departure and helping run the day-to-day of the Riad. It combines guest service, reservations, administration and operational support, working with front office, housekeeping, maintenance and food & beverage teams. The position is full-time and permanent, reporting to the General Manager of the Riad.

Key responsibilities

• Create memorable guest experiences and deliver exceptional service from arrival through to departure
• Manage guest enquiries, reservations, check-ins and check-outs
• Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the Riad and maintain high service standards
• Support seamless operations across departments and help guests feel welcomed and cared for

Required profile

• 2+ years' experience in a hotel, riad reception or guest services role
• Diploma in Hospitality or a related field
• Fluency in English, French and Arabic
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays and occasional night shifts

Required skills

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with computer-based booking or administration systems
