职位概况
JW 万豪酒店在非斯招聘一名餐厅经理，负责餐厅、酒吧及客房服务区域（如适用）的日常运营与管理。该职位为全职，工作地点位于非斯。
主要职责
- 监督餐厅、酒吧和客房服务区的日常运营，协助制定食谱，维护卫生标准，并在用餐高峰协助服务员清洁地面
- 管理员工，审核人员编制，确保服务、运营和财务目标达成
- 领导餐饮团队，辅导员工成长，确保遵守食品安全、卫生及酒类相关法律
- 处理客人投诉，收集反馈并持续改进服务质量
- 管理部门财务，包括采购和发票付款；助理餐厅经理缺勤时代理值班
任职要求
- 高中学历或同等学历，或两年制大学餐饮/酒店管理相关专业学位
- 4 年餐饮、厨房或相关领域工作经验；或两年制学位者需 2 年经验
