职位概况
JW 万豪酒店在非斯招聘一名餐厅经理，负责餐厅、酒吧和客房服务（如适用）的日常运营。该职位为全职，工作地点位于 8 Avenue Ahmed Chaouki, Fes。
主要职责
- 监督餐厅日常运营，协助制订食谱，维护卫生标准，并在用餐高峰协助服务员和待客师清洁地面
- 管理员工，审核人员编制，确保宾客服务、运营需求和财务目标得到满足
- 培养餐饮团队，指导员工提升知识与技能，确保遵守餐饮政策、食品处理与卫生标准及酒类相关法律
- 提供卓越客户服务，处理客人问题与投诉，收集反馈并持续改进
- 管理人力资源活动，包括绩效指导、培训、员工满意度调查及员工留任
- 监督部门财务，包括采购和发票付款；助理餐厅经理缺勤时监督轮班
任职要求
- 高中或同等学历；4 年餐饮、厨房或相关专业工作经验
- 或在认可大学获得餐饮服务管理、酒店与餐厅管理等专业两年制学位，并有 2 年相关经验
