Remote B2B Outbound Sales Development Representative

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own and scale the outbound prospecting efforts of a fast‑growing B2B media startup. You will work remotely, crafting LinkedIn and cold‑email campaigns that generate qualified pipeline for newsletter subscriptions aimed at venture capital firms and universities.
Key responsibilities
- Design, launch and optimise LinkedIn outreach and cold‑email sequences using Lemlist, Apollo or similar tools.
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging and cadence to improve response rates.
- Qualify inbound interest, manage the sales pipeline end‑to‑end and hand‑off qualified opportunities to the founder.
- Collaborate closely with the founder on go‑to‑market strategy and feedback loops.
Required profile
- Fluent or native English communication skills.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS or media subscription sales with a focus on outbound prospecting.
- Self‑driven, results‑oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
